German Longsword classes introduce beginners to the world of Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA), focusing on the techniques of medieval sword fighting. Students will learn the basics of strikes, guards, and footwork, while building strength, coordination, and confidence in a supportive environment. Classes emphasize developing foundational skills in HEMA and understanding the historical context of the techniques.
