Wanting to get on the water and try something new? Thought about getting a paddle board but not sure where to start? Go through on-land instruction, water safety, equipment, launching, stroke techniques, turns, wet exits, and re-entry from water. THIS is relaxation! Begin with a slow and steady moving meditation before anchoring down for a gentle and slow yoga flow. SUP-worthy poses modified to your ability and comfort level bring balance, core-strengthening, and controlled breathing. Ages 16 & up (or 13-15 with participating adult). Instructor: Cassie Willett
