The next step after melt-and-pour soap making: cold process soap. Both informational and hands-on, you'll get comfortable with this chemistry project of the arts and crafts world! (We’re talking oils and lye. Don’t worry we’ll cover all the safety measures!) You’ll leave with a few tools and ingredients, two bars of soap, and the start of a good, clean hobby! It’s time to get started!  In this workshop, we’ll break down the basics of journaling into a simple format that will give you the confidence and a fresh mindset to begin journaling.  To make it even easier for you to find your personal style, we’ve designed a hand-made journal and assembled a journaling tool kit for you.  You’ll learn to embrace the benefits of journaling and feel empowered with the knowledge of putting all your new skills to work.  We’ll also provide visual cues, page examples, and research-based techniques that stir your memories and engage your senses. These include choosing the right time and place to write, incorporating music and nature, and utilizing essential oils to support your journaling process.
