Oh My Gosh - Kolach! - Kolache Making - Sept 28
Like Grandma made! This Czech fruit-filled pastry is a staple here in South Dakota. In this hands-on class, you will learn to make the dough, shape, fill, bake and of course sample. Recipes will be provided for you to take home and make more. You’ll also take home a few Kolache for breakfast the next morning! Ages 16 & up.Instructor: Alex Peterson
