Learn to add lovely, gracious flowing scarf and finger cymbals to your flow. These low-impact dances improve posture, strengthen your pelvic and deep abdominal muscles, gently tone your entire body, promote flexibility, and balance. They also make you feel amazing! This is a nice gentle movement course for all ages (not an intense shake your tail feather class). Start with your head, utilize your shoulders, hips, toes ... amaze yourself!
