Melt away stress with this evening relaxation and flow into the rest of your week with a sense of rejuvenation. Begin with a gentle warm-up and continue at a slow, mindful pace to move and breathe with attention. This accessible yoga class gives you the opportunity to stretch and strengthen your whole body, release stress and tension, and help your nervous system to shift into a more relaxed, resilient state. Each class ends with a serene guided meditation. Beginners are always welcome. *Fee includes up to 4 classes in the month. Open to ages 14 & up.
