Preserving food through canning has always been an important tradition. While fairly simple, there are steps and safety concerns to learn and respect. Discuss equipment, safety, and recipes.

A hands-on experience is provided each step of the way while preparing pickles and other pickled items to take home! Ages 16 & up.
