Join Transitions: Doula and Life Services for an informational and hands-on class about preparing for your fourth trimester. Your future self will thank you! We will guide you through preparation for your home, your body, your mind, your pets, and other children. We will make a healing herbal sitz bath to take with you. Chef Sandrine will talk through a mother's nutritional needs and healing as well as instruction for a recipe to take home.
