Monday Funday! Get your toes tapping and your arms swinging and beat along to the rhythm in this entertaining take on music fitness! Sit or stand while using an exercise ball and drum sticks to tap along to fun music and pound on a quiet, low resistance, bouncy ball. No experience or musical skills needed. Balls and sticks available to use at class. The last class left wanting MORE - join them to find out why! Trust us, give it a try. Come to one or all three sessions listed for $15 total!
