As you transition from the fun and freedom of summer back into the rhythm of daily routines—whether you're heading back into busy work environments, studying, working from home, or attending crowded events—this class offers practical ways to create a supportive environment.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to create four versatile essential oil products: a natural cleaning spray, two different seasonal relief roller ball blends, and a linen spray for a restful night's sleep. You’ll explore safe and simple techniques for blending essential oils and crafting products.
This class is ideal for anyone seeking to incorporate self-care into their daily routine.  Join us for a fun and informative class and take home your own handmade products—great for managing the busier, more enclosed days ahead this fall.  All supplies are included.  Ages 16 & up (or 13-15 with a participating adult).
