Roll, flip, and fold! Get ready to roll out a Norske favorite in time for Syttende Mai (Norway’s Constitution Day). Lefse making traditionally uses ricers, griddles, and Lefse sticks for flipping. Fold in your toppings: butter, sugar, cinnamon, preserves ...lutefisk, hotdogs? What’s your favorite? There are many varied family recipes and preferences to create this heritage-rich, traditional treat. Sample other Scandinavian treats during class. Leave with lefse (if you don't eat it all) and a recipe booklet! Ages 16 & up (13-15 with adult).
