Roll, flip, and fold! Get ready to roll out a Norske favorite for Helligdager(holidays)!
Norwegian Lefse making uses griddles, ricers, and traditional Lefse sticks for flipping. Fold in your toppings: butter, sugar, cinnamon, lutefisk...what’s your favorite? There are many varied family recipes and preferences to create this heritage-rich, traditional treat. Leave with lefse, recipe booklet, AND sample other Scandinavian treats during class!
Ages 16 & up (13-15 with adult).
