Youth Yoga
Accompany your child (grand-child, niece or nephew) to playfully explore moving, breathing, and being together. We will use our innate creativity, stories, and our connection with nature, as we move with joy and mindful attention! Class will finish with a delightful mini guided relaxation. Bring a yoga mat(s) or large towel(s) and your sense of curiosity.
Whether you're a complete beginner or you've been wanting to share your yoga practice with your child, you are welcome!
For ages 3-6: You and Me Yoga
For ages 7-11: Yoga Flow Together
