Writing poems can be fun! What if, instead of focusing on literary elements like syntax or rhyming, we had fun playing with words and seeing what we could create? If you’ve ever wanted to try writing poetry but felt you didn’t have the skills to do so, this is the class for you. You’ll expand your definition of poetry and enjoy fiddling around with images, sensory detail, metaphors, and more.
