In this combo workshop with guest instructor Elsa Fokken, co-owner of Songbird Kombucha, you’ll enhance your chef's knife skills, taste and create unique flavor combinations, and learn how to preserve seasonal produce through techniques like pickling and making homemade sauerkraut. All participants will take home their very own jar of probiotic vegetables and a Kombucha SCOBY to get started brewing at home.
