Choux Pastry (Pate a Choux)
Choux pastry is the dough used to make cream puffs and other desserts like éclairs and profiteroles. While baking, Choux pastry becomes a hallow shell that can be filled with whipped cream, custard, or savory fillings; thus a perfect pastry for brunch, lunch, and party fare. We will explore this world of magic deliciousness by making cream puffs, learning about other ideas, and sharing recipes! Ages 16 & up (13-15 with participating adult).
